Frequently Asked Questions
Q.How do I connect my calendar?
Go to Settings → Calendar in the MeetingSight dashboard. Click "Connect Google Calendar" or "Connect Microsoft Calendar", then follow the OAuth flow to grant MeetingSight read/write access. Once connected, your availability will be calculated automatically based on your existing events.
Q.How do I share my booking page?
After connecting your calendar, visit Settings → Booking Page to set your unique URL slug (e.g. meetingsight.com/book/yourname). You can then share that link directly with clients, add it to your email signature, or embed it on your website. Each meeting type gets its own shareable link as well.
Q.How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Every booking confirmation email contains a "Cancel" and "Reschedule" link. Clicking either link does not require a login. You can also cancel or reschedule from the Bookings section inside the MeetingSight dashboard by clicking the three-dot menu on any confirmed booking.
Q.How do I upgrade to Pro?
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Billing". You can upgrade to Pro ($19/mo) or Pro+ ($39/mo) with a credit card. Upgrades take effect immediately and are processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel or downgrade at any time.
Q.How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account and click "Delete Account". This will permanently delete all your data, including booking history, calendar connections, and meeting types. If you have an active subscription it will be cancelled automatically. Data deletion is processed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Q.Why am I not receiving push notifications on iOS?
Make sure notifications are enabled for MeetingSight in your iPhone Settings → Notifications. Also check that you are logged in to the same account on your device. If notifications still do not arrive, try logging out and back in to re-register your device token.
Q.Can I connect multiple calendars?
Yes. You can connect a Google Calendar and a Microsoft/Outlook Calendar simultaneously. MeetingSight checks all connected calendars for conflicts when computing your availability. Zoom can also be connected for automatic Zoom meeting link generation.
Q.How do meeting types work?
Meeting types let you offer different durations or styles of meetings from the same booking page — for example, a 15-minute intro call and a 60-minute strategy session. Each type can have its own availability windows, questions, location, and buffer times. Create and edit them under Settings → Meeting Types.
